Clark's fit guarantee scrapped and online zoom fitting advisor was of no help. Phone lines extremely busy and cannot access the online form to get the 30% discount code, absolutely disgusted with this customer service.

Wanted to exchange my sons school shoes under the no longer fit policy today. Absolutely fuming that Clarks have withdrawn their replacement school shoes promise days before the promotion lapses on 28th Feb 2021 due to Covid. What a betrayal to all your customers. You could have allowed customers to purchase a new larger pair of shoes online and return the ones that no longer fit to a store for a refund once the stores reopens after covid restrictions are lifted. You will not be trusted again with future deals. You have replaced with a 30% off voucher for a new pair. I dont think this is very fair as the offer was originally put in place to help the financial burden on parents to not have to repurchase new shoes if outgrown.

Although stated shoes were in stock.They were not delivered by the stated delivery date. Chat bot was very helpful but stated this style was actually sold out.A refund was sent. Great customer service but average website and poor communication on the status of my delivery.

We visited Clarks monks cross store on a Saturday to purchase school shoes for my son. He has some sensory issues and shoe shopping is something I dread. The shop was light bright, immaculately clean and social distancing clearly being observed. Our allocated sales assistant, Mia, was lovely she measured my son's feet with a minimum of fuss and suggested 2 styles of shoe, which we proceeded to try. She explained the fitting process to my son which put him at his ease. He was engaged with the process, which was such a relief. I didn't feel that the appointment was time pressured but actually within a few minutes he had selected a pair of shoes I approved of and he was happy to wear. Great job Mia and Clarks. We will be back when he grows out of them!

Excellent professional service from Kim and her team at Skegness Clark’s in these difficult times, with a 15 minute time slot we easily had enough time to get my sons feet measured and choose two pairs of shoes, social distancing was observed and it was a relief and delight that we could finally get our hands on some Clark’s shoes which seemed like an eternity of waiting due to restrictions. Thanks Kim for a great service.

Good customer service. We ordered two pairs of school shoes the Scape Sky and Scooter Speed and had an issue with the Scape Sky. The soles had come away after two weeks. I rang customer services, sent them the photos and requested they send a replacement pair of the Scooter Speed shoes instead. They responded and the Scooters will be delivered within 5 days of me phoning with the issue. I have always ordered with Clark’s and this is my first experience having to deal with their Customer Services. However I am impressed with the swift response in rectifying the issue.

Disaster. No boots but paid.I called the number Ellysia posted below at 5:33 PM and got a message stating call could not be answered. No opportunity to leave a message or callback was given.

Great online service during lockdown! My little girls shoes broke, 2 months after buying them just before lockdown, I used Facebook to speak with Caragh in customer services, who promptly sorted the problem and issued some new shoes with next day delivery! Now my little girl will have safe shoes again to run round in! thank you so much :)
